Warranty Terms

Each Rozahanim product is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable warranty conditions.
If the warranty period has expired, the product may be eligible for paid repair, provided that it passes inspection and the issue is deemed repairable.

Please note that damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or the breakage of natural stones is not covered under the warranty.

 Usage Recommendations

To preserve the quality and longevity of your Rozahanim jewelry, we recommend keeping it away from substances such as perfume, soap, cosmetic products, and cleaning agents, as these may cause damage to the materials.
