How do I order a design that is "Out of stock/Not available online"?
All products that are not indicated as “Available Online” would be available to special order, with a lead time of approximately 2-3 weeks depending on the piece.

Care & Warranty instructions
Each Rozahanim piece is crafted with care and comes with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. After this period, your piece may be eligible for paid repair, subject to inspection. Please note that damage from misuse, accidents, or natural stone breakage is not covered under the warranty.
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with perfume, soap, cosmetics, and cleaning agents, as these may damage the materials. Store it in a soft pouch or box to protect it from moisture and scratches.
Shipping & Processing time
Please note that each order requires 4–10 business days for processing and preparation before shipping. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped promptly, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
***We ship worldwide via DHL. Customs fees may apply upon delivery, but we are pleased to offer free customs coverage for orders over 300 EUR/USD.
